Your primary mission will be collecting, processing, and modeling financial data, transforming it into strategic reports and control tools that optimize decision-making and streamline company operations. **Your Responsibilities** * **Report Preparation and Reporting:** You will prepare various types of reports for both internal use and external entities, ensuring maximum reliability in data extraction and presentation. * **Banking Operational Management:** You will handle preparation, structuring, and validation of bank file uploads, guaranteeing correct communication with financial platforms. * **Accounts Receivable Analysis:** You will conduct an in-depth analysis of accounts receivable, identifying trends, deviations, and key KPIs for working capital control. * **Data-Driven Process Optimization:** You will automate and optimize data collection from multiple information sources, reducing manual processing time. **What We’re Looking For** * **Education and Experience:** Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or analytical profiles (vocational training, undergraduate degree, or equivalent). Prior experience in administration, management control, or treasury departments is valued. * **Required Technical Skills:** Solid understanding and **comprehension of accounting and finance**. **Expert-level Excel proficiency (advanced)**, with fluent command of **Power Query** for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). * **Desirable Knowledge:** Familiarity or foundational knowledge of **Power BI** is highly valued (not mandatory, but a strong asset for role development). * **Key Competencies:** Strong analytical ability, rigor, and exceptional attention to detail when handling figures and confidential reports.
