We urgently need an Incident Manager with a technical development background and at least 4 years of experience in this role within the IT sector to join our team, which offers significant challenges, career trajectory, and professional growth. Work modality: 100% REMOTE. Responsibilities: * Lead the management and resolution of critical production incidents. * Coordinate technical teams during high-criticality situations. * Analyze logs and metrics to identify root causes of incidents. * Collaborate with development teams to implement improvements and prevent recurrence. * Monitor and communicate the status of incidents to all involved teams. Technical Requirements: * Experience with Java (Java 21) and service-oriented development. * Knowledge of Spring Boot. * Basic knowledge of Angular (v17). * Experience performing queries and analysis in PostgreSQL. * Basic knowledge of AWS (CloudWatch, EC2, ECS, CloudFront). * Experience managing incidents in production environments. Competencies: * Assertive communication and ability to work under pressure. * Analytical ability and problem-solving orientation. * Organization and management of multiple tasks simultaneously.
