At Candela Morell Psychology, we are seeking a new colleague to replace a team member who must leave the clinic for personal reasons. This means that, prior to onboarding, there will be a preliminary patient referral process—offering the advantage of already having insured patients and allowing you to become familiar with each patient’s clinical history and treatment trajectory. The clinical onboarding date is set for 12 January; however, until then, you will need to attend several online meetings with the current team member to ensure smooth and appropriate patient referrals. We serve all population groups, but our specialization lies in child, adolescent, and family therapy. Currently, our team consists of five psychologists. Our clinic is located in a strategic area of Las Rozas, near a shopping center with free parking and bus connections serving all surrounding municipalities. * Working days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Availability for all three days is required. You may not decline patient assignments unless your weekly workload falls below a minimum of 15 hours. Within the designated working days and hours, you have full autonomy over scheduling. Maximum hours are self-determined, provided workload does not compromise professionalism or patient rapport. * Immediate onboarding in January What are we looking for? * Licensed psychologist operating as a self-employed professional (autónomo). * Training and experience in child, adolescent, and family therapy—preferably from a systemic perspective. Training in learning disorders is not required. * Minimum two years of demonstrable professional experience. * Experience and confidence in adult and couples therapy. * Proactive attitude, committed to continuous learning and professional growth. * Responsible and committed. * Dynamic and solution-oriented. * The following will be highly valued: * EMDR certification/training * Training and experience in trauma and attachment What does the selection process involve? 1.
