




We are seeking a person for a full-time administrative assistant position. The working schedule will be split shifts, Monday through Friday, and the contract type is temporary. A Professional Training Qualification Level II, Professional Modules, COU (University Preparatory Course), Secretarial Studies, or a similar qualification enabling performance of the job duties is desirable. In addition, user-level proficiency with office software and management programs is required. At least one year of experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage. Responsibilities include updating, recording, and storing various information, as well as photocopying and filing documents. The candidate will also handle text processing, answer telephone calls, and manage postal and electronic mail. Furthermore, they must resolve incidents and prepare reports. Other tasks include managing orders, general documentation, and applying occupational health and safety regulations using systems such as GMAO (Prisma).
