




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for the HR Department to support recruitment and hiring processes at a social enterprise. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in personnel selection (CV screening, process follow-up) 2. Support in hiring (contract preparation, management of registrations/terminations) 3. Work in the HR Department of a social enterprise A social enterprise requires an **Administrative Assistant** to work in its HR Department. * Main duties: .- Support in recruitment (CV screening, preparation and follow-up of selection processes, administrative tasks...) .- Support in hiring (contract preparation, management of Social Security registrations and terminations, IT follow-ups...) * Employment Conditions: .- Start date: Immediate. .- Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 15:30. .- Salary: According to the Collective Agreement for Leisure, Educational, and Socio-Cultural Animation. .- Requirements: Candidates preferably holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Labor Relations, with at least 6 months’ verifiable experience in a similar position.
