Position Summary: We are seeking a university-educated professional with experience in public contract management and dealings with public administrations, to analyze tenders, coordinate bids, and conduct feasibility studies. Responsibilities include analysis of tender specifications, attendance at tender meetings, needs assessment and data collection. Also includes coordinating documentation from various departments to prepare technical proposals, conducting economic feasibility studies, responding to client inquiries, platform-based follow-up, preparation of statements of objection, and internal coordination.
