Your mission: Drive prescription of assigned products through medical visits to Primary Care professionals within the assigned geographical area, in accordance with company policies and guidelines, to achieve established sales targets. Your challenges: * **Prioritize and execute key growth opportunities within the assigned territory.** * **Conduct visits to Primary Care clinics to increase product prescriptions.** * **Plan and manage your customer portfolio by implementing a structured and effective visit plan.** * **Design and execute the local action plan, optimizing return on investment and portfolio growth.** * **Periodically analyze the territory (sales, customers, action plan) to ensure goal achievement.** * **Conduct occasional pharmacy visits to ensure product availability, staff training, and support for specific initiatives.** * **Actively participate in medical courses, seminars, and congresses where the company is present.** Requirements: * **Minimum 3 years of medical detailing experience in Primary Care.** * **Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences.** * **Residence in Madrid.** * **Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple products simultaneously.** * **Dynamic, solution-oriented profile with strong commercial orientation.** * **Strong organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills.** **About Uriach:** With over 185 years of history and business operations in more than 70 countries, Uriach Italia is a leading company in the European nutraceutical market.
