JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking an Accounting Manager to comprehensively manage the company's economic and financial area. The selected candidate will be responsible for accounting, billing, and finance, reporting directly to the General Management. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Full accounting management for companies and self-employed individuals. Preparation and filing of quarterly and annual tax returns (VAT, Personal Income Tax, Corporate Income Tax, etc.). Preparation of monthly financial reports and support in accounting closings. Preparation and closing of annual accounts and accounting ledgers. Bank reconciliations and monitoring of accounts receivable and payable. Treasury control and management. Support during internal and external audits. Document management and accounting archiving. Accounting and tax advisory services for clients. Use of accounting software and official platforms (AEAT, Social Security). REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an accounting manager. Mandatory experience of over 5 years working in an accounting firm or consultancy, managing accounting for companies, self-employed individuals, and diverse clients. Particular emphasis will be placed on experience simultaneously managing multiple clients, fulfilling tax obligations, and conducting accounting closings. Languages: Native Spanish. English (desirable). Chinese (desirable). Technical Knowledge: Proven experience in general accounting, billing, bank reconciliations, and monthly closings. Solid knowledge of tax preparation and filing, provisions, treasury control, and document custody. Advanced Excel proficiency. Experience with accounting/ERP management systems (especially A3\).
