Partner with product management, sales, marketing, and operations teams to align strategies, messaging, and objectives.\n\n**Position Requirements**\n\n\nBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering preferably Thermomechanical or a related field within the HVAC industry.\n\n\n3\\-5 years of experience in technical or marketing role within HVAC sector.\n\n\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and present ideas effectively.\n\n\nFluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.\n\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
