Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce and internal CRM **WORK LOCATION:** Calle Alsasua nº20, Madrid **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Multichannel support via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat for all products and services in the portfolio. This role does not involve sales. * Support and management of incidents (complaints), administrative and technical procedures, regulations, and compliance. * Management of offers, comparisons, and sales support (advisory). * Handling cancellation of service interruptions and support at Electric Vehicle Charging Points. * Use of essential tools: Salesforce, internal CRM, internal PR Platform, ATR Console, and Microsoft Office suite. **EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum: High school diploma (Bachillerato). * Preferred: Vocational training in Administration and Finance, Administration and Management, etc. **EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:** * 2\-3 years of prior experience in similar roles. * Experience in the energy sector is preferred. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:** * Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of Salesforce. * Strong communication skills. * Organized and methodical individual with responsiveness, prioritization ability, and problem-solving skills. * Articulate expression. * Empathetic individual. * Responsible individual. **START DATE:** * Immediate
