For this reason, we are looking for personnel to work as a **Backoffice Agent in Alcobendas**, and we’re looking for you! You will initially join the team as a **backup**, starting with a part-time schedule. As the project grows, you will have the opportunity to **extend your working hours and assume greater responsibility within the team**. Once the first stage of the selection process is complete, we will provide you with comprehensive training. Thereafter, day by day, you will grow both personally and professionally, playing an essential role in maintaining our position as a sector-leading contact center company while performing administrative tasks and outbound calling. To connect with this role and fully develop your potential, we would like you to have **proficiency in Excel** (the primary tool you’ll use daily) and **excellent organizational skills**. Here’s what we offer: * **Onboarding via selective training** from March 30 to April 9. * **Permanent contract** starting April 10.
