We are currently seeking to hire a waiter/waitress for our Employment Training Center Division who wishes to join this project.
**Your Mission:**
You will be responsible for managing the cafeteria at our main headquarters in Vicálvaro.
**Your Responsibilities:**
* Prepare the cafeteria prior to service, including restocking items for sale, baking, and preparing food products.
* Serve customers at the counter, ensuring high-quality service and an excellent customer experience.
* Comply with, and ensure compliance with, current hygiene and food safety regulations.
* Organize and manage the warehouse, ensuring proper product rotation using the FIFO system.
* Handle cash receipts and payments when the Cashkeeper system is not operational, ensuring appropriate cash control.
* Collaborate with the rest of the team to guarantee smooth cafeteria operations during service hours.
* Report any incidents related to facilities, equipment, or product stock.
* Maintain impeccable cleanliness and permanent order throughout all cafeteria facilities.
* Perform any other duties assigned to you.

**Requirements:**

* Intermediate Vocational Training Certificate in Restaurant Services.
* Level 2 Professional Qualification Certificate in the Restaurant Services field.
* One year of experience in similar positions.
* Disability certificate (desirable).
