Achieve your goals, exceed your limits, and join a firm that goes beyond professional services. **Because making a difference is not just something we say—it’s what we do.** **Develop your career with us.** KPMG Spain is currently seeking **a Senior IT Consultant** to join our **CIO Advisory** department. **What do you need to know?** * Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or Business Administration (ADE), with an interest in technology. Additional qualifications in digital transformation, consulting, project management (ITIL, PMP), innovation, technological solutions, AI, and emerging technologies are highly valued. * Experience: 4–5 years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, or IT projects within complex, multidisciplinary corporate environments. * Knowledge / Skills: Understanding of IT function processes. Holistic view of business and technology. Experience in requirements analysis, functional documentation, and solution validation. Ability to define technology roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives. Communication with senior-level stakeholders. Strong communication and presentation skills. Team management and collaboration. Reporting to senior management roles (Directors and Partners). Monitoring of KPIs, budgets, and timelines. Problem-solving ability and commitment to deliverable quality. Leadership, proactivity, and results orientation. Analytical capability and critical thinking. Basic knowledge of market platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, ServiceNow, etc. Familiarity with analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) and management tools (JIRA, Confluence). Experience with both agile and traditional methodologies.
