Electromechanical maintenance of HVAC installations in data centers (CPD). **Job Description** Veolia Servicios Lecam, within its Energy Services division, is looking to hire an Instrumentation and Control Maintenance Technician for the Madrid area — a professional with solid technical expertise in industrial regulation, control, and instrumentation systems, capable of ensuring proper facility operation and independently resolving any technical incidents that may arise. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on regulation and control systems. * Verify control parameters in facilities. * Install and commission new control installations. * Carry out electromechanical maintenance of HVAC installations in data centers (CPD). * Maintain Emerson dual equipment, alternative refrigeration units, extractors, pumps, and electric motors. * Manage and maintain fire protection systems and cooling towers. * Inspect and maintain electrical panels, UPS systems, and water leak detection systems (TRACETECK). * Operate and manage IQ'S (TREND) control systems and 963 control systems (TREND). * Supervise and maintain variable air volume boxes, transformer substations, cogeneration systems, and domestic hot water (ACS) systems. **We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Competitive remuneration based on experience. * Immediate hiring.
