RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities: * On-site supervision of the correct execution of assigned construction works, primarily industrial buildings. * Monitoring of applicable technical and legal regulations. * Ensuring adherence to planned project designs; reporting and resolving incidents. * Controlling construction timelines and profitability of works execution. * Active collaboration in case of project modifications. * Ensuring compliance with project specifications and requirements, as well as commitments made to clients. * Management and coordination of industrial contractors. * Conducting site inspections. * Guaranteeing IDP Engineering’s quality standards.
