An End-to-End (E2E) Process Consultant capable of transforming the AS\-IS into a value-oriented TO\-BE state, with governance, metrics, and a viable implementation roadmap. Responsibilities* * AS\-IS assessment and documentation. * BPMN 2\.0 process modeling and KPI definition. * Identification and prioritization of digital initiatives. * Coordination with business and IT teams during service delivery. * Support in digital transformation and change management. * Facilitation of workshops and stakeholder engagement. * Support for implementations on BPM/low\-code platforms. Requirements* * Experience in process consulting and digital transformation. * Experience with BPM (Appian). * Proficiency in BPMN 2\.0 and modeling tools. * Change management and risk management. * Excellent communication skills in Spanish. * Desirable* * Certifications in BPM, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci/ADKAR, Scrum/Kanban. * English B2\+. \#babel What do we offer?
