Therefore, it is essential that our ERP systems remain aligned and that our workflows become progressively more global and unified. For this reason, our Information Technologies department is seeking three new professionals to help standardize workflows across various strategic areas in SAP, managing diverse projects. **ABOUT THE IT BUSINESS PARTNER ROLE** We are currently looking for a professional whose primary mission will be to act as a strategic partner between Technology and various business areas in Spain, ensuring that IT capabilities and investments align with business needs and generate value. You will lead technological demand prioritization, resource mobilization, and represent IT before the General Management. Key responsibilities include: * Acting as a strategic liaison between IT and various business areas, understanding their needs and transforming them into value-driven initiatives. * Managing and prioritizing technological demand and the project portfolio in Spain, coordinating end\-to\-end execution. * Coordinating incident resolution by mobilizing internal teams and vendors while ensuring SLA compliance. * Leading change management and adoption of new tools, systems, and processes within business areas. * Managing technology vendors, including services, licenses, renewals, SLAs, and proposal evaluations. * Ensuring compliance with applicable security policies, regulations, and technological standards. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?** * University degree holder * 3 years of experience as an IT Business Partner / Business Relationship Manager / Country IT Coordinator * 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Vendor Manager for multi\-vendor technology projects **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Hybrid work model combining on-site and remote work. * Positive work environment and collaborative culture. * Ongoing mentoring and learning opportunities. * Employee discounts applicable to yourself and up to three people of your choice (family members/friends). * Meal vouchers. * Discount portal for purchases with our partners (leisure, travel, shopping, etc.). * Flexible compensation allowing you to allocate part of your salary toward additional benefits. * Access to our employee wellness app.
