The selected candidate will participate in functional analysis, requirements definition, system integration, and functional test planning. Responsibilities * Functional analysis of case management systems. * Definition and documentation of functional requirements. * Design of functional workflows and improvement proposals. * Definition of integration strategies with external systems. * Development and execution of functional test plans. * Analysis and management of data in relational environments and structured formats. * Collaboration with technical teams and project stakeholders. Requirements Professional Experience * Minimum general experience: 7 years in IT projects. * Minimum specific experience: 5 years performing functional consultancy and information systems analysis tasks. Specific Competencies * CE\-1: At least 5 years of experience in functional analysis and requirements definition for adapting functional workflows within Case Management Systems. * CE\-2: At least 5 years of experience in functional analysis and definition of integration strategies with third-party systems related to case management. * CE\-3: At least 3 years of experience in: * Defining functional test plans. * Managing large volumes of data using files in structured formats (XML and JSON). * Working with relational databases (SQL).
