The selected candidate will join a young Human Resources team and carry out responsibilities within the Recruitment and Hiring department. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Posting and managing job openings on various employment portals. * Screening CVs and conducting telephone/in-person interviews. * Managing the candidate database. * Weekly hiring activities and onboarding follow-up. * Handling all hiring-related documentation: various contract templates, hiring commitment letters, working hour adjustments, recommendation letters, etc. * Monitoring absences, contract expirations, working hour adjustments, and the employee database. * Managing the department’s email inbox. * Other supporting tasks for the department. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields; or vocational training (medium or higher level) with some relevant experience. * Strong spoken and written English proficiency. * Proficiency in Excel is essential. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities. * Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn. **What we offer:** * Permanent full-time contract. * Flexible working hours. * Hybrid work model (2–3 days of remote work per week). * 32 working days of vacation per year. * Annual salary of €22,000–€24,000. * Opportunity for growth based on performance.
