Integration test design, execution, and documentation 2. Working with virtual environments and real equipment 3. Requirements analysis and specification authoring in DOORS Overview: \#LI\-RM1**Job Description** -------------------------- We are seeking a **System Integration Tester** specialized in Mainline railway signaling environments. The primary mission of this role is to **design, execute, and document integration tests** that validate the correct joint operation of the various subsystems within the signaling system. Unlike testing focused on individual requirements, this role emphasizes **how subsystems interact with each other**, ensuring communication and expected behavior across the entire system. The test environment includes track and communication simulation using the **MIP** tool, and the SUT (System Under Test) typically comprises:* **ETCS L2** – RBC TG200 or Future * **IXL** – DS3 or WMKII * **TMS** – R9K Additionally, other components such as **DSU** may be involved, and work is conducted both with **virtual machines** and **real hardware**, requiring configuration. **Responsibilities** --------------------- ### **1\. Documentation** * Project tracking and communication with relevant departments. * Requirements, interface, and functional documentation analysis for test definition. * Authoring of test specifications in **DOORS**. * Advanced use of DOORS: Wizard, baseline creation, and traceability between requirement modules, interfaces, and tests. * Review of documentation in **ProjectWise**. * Preparation of **FAT SW** test documentation. ### **2\. Laboratory Work** * Configuration of virtual environments in **VMWare** (virtual machines, IP addressing). * Configuration of switches and signaling subsystems according to technical manuals. * Execution of tests according to defined specifications. * Log capture and analysis using datalogger and other tools. * Conducting customer demonstrations. * Preparation of test reports and results. * (Optional) Development of ad-hoc tools or scripts, preferably in **Python**. **Requirements** -------------- * Experience or knowledge in system integration, preferably in the railway sector. * Familiarity with virtualized environments (VMWare) and networks (IP, switches). * Knowledge of requirements management tools, especially **DOORS**. * Ability to interpret technical documentation and system manuals. * Capability to work in the laboratory with real equipment and simulators. * Analytical ability for incident diagnosis and resolution. * Desirable: knowledge of Python or other scripting languages. Benefits: * Employment with a rapidly growing multinational whose greatest asset is its people. * 24 vacation days, plus December 24th and 31st. * Flexible working hours, with full remote work option. * Reduced working hours on Fridays and during summer. * Attractive remuneration, Flexible Compensation Plan, Social Benefits, etc. * **Technical training**, language courses, and soft skills development. * Job stability and **professional development**. * Salary commensurate with candidate’s experience and expertise.
