It comprises a team of over 4\.700 professionals who provide daily care to 5\.100 individuals experiencing social vulnerability, aiming to improve their well-being and quality of life. We operate across more than 150 centers and services in areas including mental health, neurorehabilitation, elderly care, dependency support, social emergencies, homelessness, child protection, and social education. Currently, we are looking for a Social Integration Technician to join our VERSALLES center located in Madrid. WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY? * Review of shift handover notes, incidents, and emails o Upon starting your shift, you must read the daily handover note, outstanding incidents, and pending tasks. o Read weekend handover notes and emails. o Organize your shift. * Support during wake-up routines o Visit assigned rooms to wake up service users. * Supervision and support during breakfast o Support and supervise breakfast preparation, consumption, and cleanup upon completion. o Supervise oral hygiene. * Education and promotion of routines for showers and oral/dental hygiene o To be delivered to users assessed and scheduled by an occupational therapist as requiring mild-to-moderate support. * Education and supervision in instrumental domestic activities of daily living o To be delivered to users assessed and scheduled by an occupational therapist as requiring mild-to-moderate support o Activities: household chores and laundry. * Conducting scheduled activities (leisure, workshops, etc.) o Conduct and support leisure and free-time activities. o Participate in social skills and autonomy workshops both inside and outside the facility. o Implement the monthly scheduled activity program. * Supervision and support during meals o Support and supervise meal consumption and cleanup upon completion. * Education and supervision in oral hygiene. o To be delivered to users assessed and scheduled by an occupational therapist as requiring mild-to-moderate support * Documentation and shift handover o Record shift incidents in the "daily handover note" and workshop logs. o Inform colleagues on the next shift about any incidents. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Required qualification: Higher Technical Degree in Social Integration. Empathetic and proactive individual. Ability to work effectively in a team. WHAT DO WE OFFER? Schedule: Monday to Friday, morning shift from 7:30\-15:00, except Wednesdays until 16:00\.
