The role’s objective is to drive operational improvement, cost control, and decision-making support through advanced information analysis, process automation, and coordination of a specialized technical team. **What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?** Your responsibilities will include: * Coordination and supervision of a technical team of analysts (4 people). * Operational monitoring of physical security services. * Monitoring and analysis of expenditure linked to files and contracts. * Identification of deviations, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. * Preparation of executive reports and management dashboards for senior leadership. * Liaison with suppliers and internal departments (operations, maintenance, and security). * Coordination and monitoring of projects related to physical security systems. * Oversight of data quality, consistency, and integrity. * Support in strategic planning and decision-making. **What Are We Looking For?** * University degree in Engineering, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, data analysis, or cost control. * Experience coordinating technical teams. * Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel. * Prior experience in automation using Python or VBA is desirable. * Experience in infrastructure, service, or airport-related projects is desirable. * Strong analytical capability, results orientation, and strategic vision. * Communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. **What Do We Offer?** * Indefinite-term contract. * Intensive work schedule from June 15 to September 15, Monday to Friday (standard hours: 08:00–15:00). * Regular work schedule for the remainder of the year: Monday to Thursday (standard hours: 08:30–18:00) and Fridays (08:30–15:00). * Possibility to flexibilize your working hours. * A suite of measures supporting work-life balance for all employees. * Meal vouchers. * Access to the "Benefits at Work" platform, offering numerous exclusive discounts and promotions for our professionals, including over 1,500 renowned brands covering Hotels, Resorts, Travel, Fashion, etc.
