Key responsibilities: • Support in preparing breakfast items (pastries, hot and cold dishes). • Monitoring and proper food storage according to HACCP standards. • Cleaning and organizing the kitchen, utensils, and work areas. • Collaboration with the kitchen and night service teams. • Adherence to hotel quality and presentation standards. ### **Requirements** Support for Room Service operations Requirements: • Prior experience as a kitchen assistant, preferably in high-end hotels. • Basic knowledge of cooking and food handling. • Ability to work night shifts (20 hrs/week). • Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented individual. • Hospitality-related training is desirable. • Competencies: • Teamwork. • Speed and efficiency. • Commitment to quality and customer service. • Adaptability and proactive attitude.
