Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Architect for GRUPOTEC to collaborate on large-scale residential and tertiary projects in a BIM environment. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous training and professional development **Description:** ---------------- **GRUPOTEC** is currently looking for **a Junior Architect**, who will join our Architecture Division **at our Madrid offices**. The selected candidate will join the Architecture Department of an established company, participating in large-scale projects in both residential and tertiary sectors. They will be part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating on project development within a BIM environment and actively contributing to its technical evolution. The main **responsibilities** include: * Development and modeling of projects in a BIM environment (primarily Revit or similar tools). * Preparation of graphic and technical documentation during basic and execution design phases. * Coordination with internal teams (architecture, structures, installations) within a collaborative BIM environment. * Support in resolving project issues and technical coordination. * Review of models and detection of clashes. **Requirements:** --------------- * Degree in Architecture, with a qualifying Master's degree. * Minimum 3 years of experience in project development. * Experience in medium-to-large-scale projects (residential, hospitality, tertiary, or mixed-use). * Proficiency in BIM tools (especially Revit). * Knowledge of technical regulations and construction processes. * Proactive profile, with initiative, ability to work in a team, and willingness to take on challenges. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, BIM tools, Presto, and complementary tools such as Navisworks, Dynamo, or similar. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** We offer permanent employment with competitive remuneration, to be agreed upon based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
