We urgently need an IT Business Partner with at least three years of experience in this role and within the IT sector to join our team, where you will face significant challenges, build a strong career trajectory, and achieve professional growth. Work arrangement: 2\-3 days per week onsite in Boadilla. Responsibilities: * As a Business Partner, you will serve as the strategic liaison between the company and the Data & AI teams. * Your mission is to identify, define, and prioritize high-value use cases, translating business needs into practical Data & AI solutions (including advanced analytics and Generative AI). * You will also contribute to building a scalable, interoperable, and value-driven AI ecosystem across the entire bank. * Your work will help business units accelerate their AI maturity, maximize value generation, and ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards (including the EU AI Act). Requirements: * Identify and prioritize AI and data use cases across CIB business areas based on value, feasibility, risk, and strategic alignment. * Translate business challenges into clear problem statements and data/AI solution designs, bridging business domain knowledge with technical capabilities. * Lead discovery workshops and demand modeling activities, helping business stakeholders understand what AI can (and cannot) deliver. * Coordinate with Data Science, Engineering, and Architecture teams to ensure end-to-end delivery of solutions. * Support business units during implementation, including change management, onboarding, adoption, and value tracking. * Conduct assessments of build-vs.-buy-vs.-partner options for AI solutions, leveraging market knowledge of vendors and emerging technologies. * Ensure adherence to AI governance frameworks and regulatory requirements—particularly the EU AI Act, Model Risk Management (MRM), and Responsible AI guidelines. * Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, preparing materials, value case studies, and recommendations. * Monitor external trends, identifying innovative ideas, technologies, and best practices from the broader AI ecosystem.
