**Charcoal Grill Cook – Burger Restaurant (Permanent Position)** Colmenar Viejo **Description** We are seeking a **professional grill cook** with proven experience in **charcoal grilling and burgers**, for immediate hiring. **Responsibilities** * Operation of charcoal grill * Preparation of burgers and menu items * Organization of mise en place * Cleaning and compliance with hygiene regulations * Teamwork during high-volume service periods **Requirements** * Genuine, verifiable experience in grilling / burger restaurants * Professionalism, commitment, and strong work ethic * Ability to work under pressure * Immediate availability **Conditions** * **Permanent contract** * **40 hours per week** * **2.5 consecutive days off every week** * Approximate salary: **≈ €1,400 net/month** * Overtime: **10–15 hours/month** (paid) * Work on public holidays and holiday eves * **Guaranteed days off:** December 24–25 and January 31–February 1 Job type: Full-time, Permanent contract Salary: €1,300.00–€1,600.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
