At El Corte Inglés, our work is a shared passion.** **The project awaiting you.** Provide operational support and campaign and market monitoring for the Growth and Operations team, maintaining a holistic view of eCommerce processes and dashboards. **Key responsibilities and requirements.** Provide support and assistance in managing commercial campaigns: Monitor and analyze the proper implementation of commercial campaigns. Participate in performance and results analysis for campaigns within your category. Contribute to UX optimization projects (navigation, campaign landing pages, etc.). Participate in implementing and optimizing recommendations from SEO, UX, or Paid specialists. Manage and monitor promotions. Analyze customer interaction with the website to support product and content development. Participate in projects impacting the achievement of your objectives. Provide support and assistance in resolving incidents: Track inquiries from the Digital Contact Hub. Conduct ongoing testing and mystery shopping to identify incidents or improvement opportunities. Participate in cross-functional projects. Provide support and assistance in reporting tasks: Participate in creating briefings and reporting on actions and campaigns. Support updating dashboards and management reports.
