




We are seeking a candidate with experience and the ability to lead teams in the cleaning services sector. A Higher Vocational Training qualification and prior experience in similar positions or related sectors will be highly valued. The ability to manage and coordinate teams of more than 50 people will be a key requirement, as will advanced proficiency in office software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. Key responsibilities include organizing and supervising assigned staff to ensure the proper delivery of services. The role also requires resolving incidents, preparing reports on the facility’s status, training team members, managing activity logs, and overseeing attendance records and leave/in-service documentation. A full-time working schedule of 40 hours per week is offered, with flexible hours from Monday to Friday, and availability to answer phone calls from Monday to Sunday. The contract will be permanent.
