You will do it in a highly international environment and in a supportive culture where effort counts. **Mission and Objective** The Underwriting Analyst is responsible for leading the analysis projects of RFPs and NPL and REO service contracts, as well as advisory tasks to clients and investors, coordinating the work of the various participating teams, preparing pricing models, delivering all required outputs, and defending presentations before internal and external decision-making bodies (the client). **Main Responsibilities** * Model potential new business opportunities under evaluation, considering all types of variables such as service nature, asset type, volumes, trends, channels, team sizing, and associated costs. * Perform sensitivity analysis on key parameters. * Coordinate with the Financial department and other operational areas of the company to develop and validate Business Plans. * Support the pitching process, proposal presentations, and client negotiations. * Evaluate NPL and REO portfolios by analyzing cash flows generated by underlying assets, including projections and optimal exit strategies for each loan/debtor, in coordination with operational departments. * Interact with investors, advisors, legal counsel, and potential buyers during sales processes. **Working Hours:** Full-time **Location:** Madrid **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. An MBA is desirable. * Minimum of 2\-3 years of professional experience in finance, planning, control, project management, etc. Experience in the NPL/REO sector is valued. * Experience in developing Business Plans and/or modeling investment processes. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. * Advanced level of English. * Strong analytical and technical skills.
