Experience in automation and advanced administration of Windows and Linux systems is required. The selected candidate will participate in strategic technological evolution projects, ensuring the availability, stability, and continuity of critical platforms across national and international environments. **Senior Systems Administrator – Hybrid Infrastructure \& Virtualization** ================================================================================== **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Administration and support of high-availability Windows Server and Linux (RHEL) environments. * Advanced management of Active Directory and associated services: DNS, DHCP, GPO, WSUS, ADFS, and SCCM. * Management of access controls, users, security policies, and corporate services on Linux. * Participation in migration, innovation, evolution, and enhancement projects for hybrid and cloud platforms using Azure / AWS. * Management of enterprise storage systems: NetApp, Dell Unity, and HPE MSA. * Infrastructure-as-code deployments and other automations using Terraform and Ansible. * Administration of VMware vSphere virtualization platforms: ESXi, vCenter, and vSAN. * Operation of hyperconverged infrastructures: Cisco HyperFlex, Dell VxRail, and Cisco UCSX. * Development and maintenance of CI/CD playbooks, roles, and pipelines. * Management of GitHub repositories and automated deployments using Jenkins. * Technical support and coordination in highly critical corporate environments. **Requirements** ============== * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or Infrastructure Engineer. * Solid experience designing and implementing Windows Server and Linux RHEL infrastructures. * Experience administering public clouds: Azure/AWS or Google Cloud. * Experience with automation tools: Terraform and Ansible. * Experience with VMware virtualization and hyperconverged environments. * Knowledge of CI/CD with Jenkins and version control with GitHub. * Experience administering enterprise storage systems. * Autonomy and ability to work in international environments and perform technical coordination. **What do we offer?** **Babel, the great way to achieve the success.** Do you want to join an expanding, committed, and innovative team that makes history every day?
