Our team performs structural assessments and designs from conceptual through detailed development phases across a diverse portfolio including railway stations, public buildings, rehabilitations, and elevated structures. We have a strong track record of successfully delivering structural design solutions across multiple countries. As an experienced Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering innovative and high-quality structural solutions for our clients. Your expertise in structural analysis and design, along with a motivation to understand client needs, will contribute to the successful execution of complex projects across various sectors. This position is based in Madrid and offers a flexible hybrid work model, with 2–3 days per week in the office. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform structural calculations and design for various types of buildings, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and project requirements. * Prepare technical documentation, including calculation reports, design reports, and documents required for tenders and permits. Ensure effective communication of project results to stakeholders. * Develop and manage finite element analysis (FEA) models integrated within BIM platforms to support collaborative workflows. * Participate in client meetings, providing technical expertise and ensuring alignment between structural solutions and client expectations. * Ensure effective interdisciplinary coordination, working closely with architecture, MEP, and other disciplines to deliver integrated design solutions. * Support project planning and technical management by contributing to schedules, deliverables, and resolution of design challenges. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience and skills. * Opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic, multinational environment. * Work-life balance through flexible hours and a hybrid work model (office/remote). * Wellness program with employee-focused well-being initiatives. * Additional benefits and flexible compensation. **Requirements** We are looking for someone with: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field. * Master's degree in Structural Engineering or related area will be highly valued. * Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. * Minimum of 12 years of experience in structural design and analysis for buildings. * Knowledge of standards such as: Spanish National Codes, AASHTO/ACI/ASTM, Eurocodes. * Experience with structural software such as MIDAS\-Civil, ETABS, or similar.
