The Senior Pension Funds Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of pension fund portfolios, ensuring optimization of the return-risk trade-off in line with clients’ long-term objectives and applicable regulations. They will lead investment decision-making, contribute to strategy definition, and actively engage with key stakeholders. In this role, your key responsibilities will include: * Define and execute investment strategies for pension funds (fixed income, equities, alternatives). * Analyze financial markets, macroeconomic trends, and investment opportunities across asset classes (equities, fixed income, funds, alternatives, derivatives, etc.). * Monitor and adjust asset allocation. * Develop investment policies tailored to clients’ risk profiles, objectives, and time horizons. * Control risks and ensure compliance with regulatory limits. * Interact with institutional clients and participate in investment committees. * Coordinate with internal teams (risk, compliance, operations). * Evaluate and select external managers and investment products. * Prepare periodic performance reports and strategic presentations. * Support institutional client acquisition and retention alongside the business team. **WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM** Our people are our greatest strength. The following requirements represent the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies for this role. **Professional Experience** * Minimum 8\-10 years of experience in asset management, with a focus on pensions or institutional clients. (Required) * In-depth knowledge of: + Strategic and tactical asset allocation (Desirable) + Traditional and alternative financial instruments (Desirable) + Pension fund regulation (e.g., IORP II, local regulations) (Desirable) + Risk management and quantitative analysis experience.
