At ACCIONA, we are seeking a final-year student with strong analytical abilities and communication skills to support the intersection between the Human Resources Projects team and the Workplace team within the Campus ACCIONA project. **Job Description** The selected candidate will join a high-impact organizational team, participating in cross-functional projects and engaging directly with various business areas. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze ACCIONA’s organizational data to support strategic decision-making * Prepare corporate reporting for senior management * Research and *benchmarking* of market-leading organizational practices: projects, policies, tools, and industry trends * Liaise with HR teams from businesses present at Campus ACCIONA * Support the definition and implementation of the company’s HR projects * Actively contribute to the development of the Campus ACCIONA project **Candidate Requirements** **Requirements:** * Final-year undergraduate student in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Psychology, International Relations, or Business Analytics. * Strong analytical capability and communication skills * Advanced Excel proficiency: data analysis and organization, filters, pivot tables * High level of English * Strong academic record **Conditions:** * Eligibility to sign a **Training Agreement** with your university while completing your **final year of undergraduate studies.** * Availability to undertake a **6-month internship**, either **part-time or full-time.** * **Immediate start.** \#LI\-HH1 **What do we expect from you?** We seek individuals with high potential, strong teamwork skills, and motivation to grow within an international company.
