Who are we looking for? We seek professionals with a solid track record in the insurance sector. A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Broker Channel positions across the national territory is required. Key competencies and skills for successful performance in this role include strategic vision, negotiation ability, and the capacity to drive commercial networks. A Disability Certificate of 33% or higher will be valued. What will you be doing? As Head of Associations and Groupings, the person joining this position will be responsible for managing collaboration with national institutional associations and integrators. Some of the more specific responsibilities of a Head of Associations and Groupings: Propose, negotiate, coordinate, and monitor General Insurance and Life Insurance service protocols agreed upon with association management teams, aligned with defined strategic objectives. Manage dialogue with association management teams and presidencies, coordinating in-person meetings, collaborative projects, or working sessions, and ensuring periodic follow-up on agreements, identification of needs, and proposal of improvement actions. Prepare, analyze, and monitor periodic management reports, proposing corrective measures aimed at improving results and addressing deviations from established objectives. Also coordinate and plan, together with association management teams, global and individual improvement plans focused on productivity per member, business mix, companies, Life Insurance, and outcomes. Represent the company at events, seminars, and activities organized by associations, including FECOR, the General Council, and ADECOSE. Likewise, coordinate the preparation of reports, surveys, and conclusions, as well as organize presidents’ seminars, sectoral meetings, and other relevant gatherings for the collective. Ensure communication to management and/or the broker network regarding new services, products, and initiatives implemented by the company each year; and promote and coordinate strategic initiatives for the company with members of various collectives through regional or global meetings. Manage annual communication to management teams regarding accruals derived from each member’s protocols. Ensure communication to the territory of agreements and protocols reached for General Insurance and Life Insurance, providing internal commercial support in resolving queries, registrations, cancellations, and incidents related to the collective. Also monitor and coordinate General Insurance and Life Insurance agreements, including indicators, current protocols, agreement evolution, planned actions, and identified needs. Supervise, where applicable, special agreements outside the standard association protocol or framework, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy, business objectives, and criteria defined for the collective. Define, promote, and monitor the annual business plan and association strategy, considering the starting point, results evolution, business mix, Life Insurance, costs associated with the collective, profitability of agreements, and other relevant objectives. Coordinate and promote commercial, reactivation, training, marketing, and informational initiatives targeting brokers affiliated with associations, groupings, and integrator offices—including reactivation packages, local meetings, training sessions, product updates, services, and operational channel criteria.
