We are looking for someone like you to join our **\#RumboSacyr** and help us continue improving people's lives. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Production management and monitoring of on-site work execution. * Planning, management, and supervision of on-site resources. * Achievement of project objectives: optimizing economic results and ensuring customer satisfaction regarding quality and deadlines. * Collaboration in monitoring prevention, quality, and environmental policies. **We seek a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * Degree in Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports) and/or Civil Engineering or equivalent. * Professional experience: Over 5 years managing production in civil works execution. * Geographic mobility at international level. * English proficiency at C1 level. * Ability to lead teams.
