Technical Office Engineer – Installation Works (Madrid) **Job Description** -------------------------- At Veolia Servicios Lecam, we require a Technical Office Engineer in Madrid for maintenance works of installations. Main responsibilities include: * Preparing technical and economic offers for mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection (PCI), civil works, and other specialties—both for public tenders and private clients. * Conducting analysis and review of projects, technical feasibility assessments, proposals for improvements and technical alternatives, quantity survey verification, etc. * Performing detailed analysis of tender documents to prepare bids. * Drafting technical reports, execution schedules, and other documentation required for public and private tenders. * Designing and calculating installations based on site visits or client requirements, including preparation of necessary quantity surveys and schematics for bid submissions. * Requesting quotations from manufacturers and subcontractors, reviewing them, and preparing technical\-economic comparisons. * Tracking the status of submitted bids. * Providing technical advice and support to maintenance contract managers and site personnel. * Conducting technical site visits and collecting installation data.
