Proven experience in managing technical teams on complex engineering projects. Good knowledge of hardware and software development for the ground segment, as well as ground segment integration. Solid experience in end-to-end ground segment engineering. Basic command of French, fluent English and Spanish. * Coordinate system engineering activities with the client, partners, and subcontractors * Ensure coordination between project teams, consortium partners, subcontractors, and the client to guarantee proper and effective contribution/review of all high-level deliverables, track actions, and participate in meetings * Guide the team in producing all technical project deliverables * Ensure compliance with industrial standards and regulatory requirements * Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet milestones and deliverables * Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies * Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives * Be responsible for delivering the technical outcomes of assigned projects **You possess the following qualities:** è Sense of responsibility and prioritization, passion for the profession. è Languages: Fluent in **English** and **Spanish** or **French** (reading and writing) è Significant experience in the field. è Willingness to commit in France or Spain (we can assist you to facilitate your procedures to come to France and settle permanently) **Working hours:** Full-time 37\.5 hrs/week **Remuneration:** Between 2800€ and 3500€ per month, depending on profile **Benefits:** French CDI contract, Health insurance, Pension plan, Meal allowance 5\.10€/day, 50% contribution towards public transport, Holiday bonus, Overtime compensation (10 AA per year), 25 paid vacation days per year. **Start date:** Immediately **Location:** In France, from Massy (Île\-de\-France region) or Aix-en-Provence (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region), or in Spain, from Madrid.
