Location **Alcobendas (Madrid)** Department/Area **Human Resources – Talent Area** Duration **12 months** (December 2025 – November 2026\) Available positions **1 position** Study grant 960 euros gross per month * Internship schedule **Full-time – 7 hours daily** Training objectives The intern will learn to: * Participate in talent recruitment and selection processes, applying digital tools and technical criteria. * Support the creation and analysis of training reports using Power BI, and collaborate with training platforms such as Rise Up or GoodHabitz. * Contribute to the planning and organization of internal training events and sessions. * Collaborate in managing internships and agreements with universities and educational institutions, fostering relationships with talent communities. * Support the development of the young graduates program “Sika Building Future”, promoting young talent acquisition and retention. * Participate in institutional activities (fairs, forums, certifications) to strengthen the company's employer branding.
