We offer an **Internship Program** that will allow you to closely experience the daily operations of one of our departments, actively collaborating on various tasks and receiving training across the different areas that make up a multinational company. **In which departments could you intern?** * **Operations:** Supervise plants, logistics, maintenance, and operational efficiency projects. In addition, distribute gases to all customers. * **Technical Services:** Design projects and handle technical maintenance of installations and equipment, ensuring their functionality, safety, and quality. * **Purchasing:** Manage the acquisition of goods and services, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. * **Productivity:** Optimize processes through data analysis and digital tools such as Tableau and PowerBI. * **Marketing and Business Development:** Drive customer acquisition, retention, and commercial development by designing strategies and improving clients' production processes. * **Sales:** Acquire and retain customers, seek new business opportunities, and collaborate with all departments to increase company growth. * **Health & Safety / Quality / Environment:** Prevent occupational risks, ensure industrial safety, and guarantee compliance with ISO regulations. * **Finance:** Control payments, budgets, working capital, and internal financial processes. * **HR / Legal / Compliance:** Manage talent, training, benefits, and regulatory compliance in Spain and Portugal. * **IT:** Digitize processes, provide technical support, and protect systems.
