**The team you’ll join:**

You will join the Chemistry area within Repsol’s petrochemical products business, where we work to deliver efficient, value-added solutions to our customers in the marketing of intermediates and plastics.
The role’s mission is to ensure agile, high-quality customer service by managing customer orders from start to finish and maintaining clear, proactive communication at all times. This position is critical to ensuring customer satisfaction and the correct execution of the commercial process.
You will work in a collaborative environment, closely coordinating with sales teams, commercial administration, and other departments involved in the supply chain. Your main challenge will be to efficiently manage multiple requests and orders while consistently delivering a high level of service.
This position offers the opportunity to develop skills in commercial management, B2B customer service, and cross-functional coordination within a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
**Main responsibilities:**

* Manage customer orders end-to-end, ensuring information is always up to date.
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and accurate answers.
* Proactively inform customers about order status and potential issues.
* Coordinate internally to resolve incidents and complaints.
* Provide administrative support to the commercial area, including credit and debt management.
