Position Summary: We are looking for two Account Managers to act as ambassadors of our brand, responsible for managing key accounts, developing commercial strategies, and fostering client relationships in technically demanding sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and account management.### **Minimum Requirements** Main Responsibilities: Company Representation: * Represent Tresca Engineering at trade fairs, industry events, and client meetings. * Promote and disseminate company values and enhance its reputation within the sector. * Interact with public administrations and other stakeholders in industrial project development. Commercial Strategy Development: * Collaborate with the sales director to define and execute the commercial management plan for your area, aligned with the company's strategic objectives. * Analyze market trends, competitors, and identify opportunities to develop effective sales and marketing strategies. * Define pricing policies for your sector in coordination with the sales director. * Stay updated on regulatory and legislative developments relevant to your field of activity. Cost Management: * Manage the assigned budget, ensuring efficient resource utilization to maximize results. * Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies to optimize profitability. Client Acquisition and Retention: * Identify new markets and business opportunities, establishing strategic relationships with potential clients. * Develop retention strategies through customized solutions and high-quality service. * Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with key clients.
