The Position Job description The Principal Business Analyst possesses in\-depth knowledge of the business domain, relevant technologies, and organizational strategy to provide holistic, enterprise\-wide consulting advice. Qualifications Education / Experience * Extensive experience overseeing initiatives with autonomy, coordinating complexity and scale, and driving alignment across highly ambiguous spaces. * Demonstrated advanced knowledge of Business Analysis Advisory/Consultancy concepts and practices. * Proven track record of recommending optimal technology solutions for sustainable business transformation and working on unusually complex problems with highly innovative solutions. Technical Skills * Ability to apply systems thinking to provide holistic and enterprise\-wide consulting advice. * Strong capability to extend standard approaches by tailoring methods to fit the problem space, often combining methodologies to create tailored approaches. * Mastery in requirements and domain knowledge, with the ability to conduct comprehensive root cause analysis and advanced value and risk assessments.
