We are looking for a Planning/Project Planning Manager to lead and manage key initiatives in industrial planning, ensuring correct process execution and continuous improvement within an SAP environment. What will you do? Manage new planning projects, ensuring their proper implementation and follow-up. Develop planning in SAP, optimizing associated processes and tools. Define and implement new planning procedures and standards. Lead end-to-end planning management within the organization. Ensure proper implementation and maintenance of the S\&OP process and capacity-load balancing. Coordinate and lead teams, fostering continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Go ahead—explore our offer and tell us what you can bring to the table! ✅ Bachelor’s degree or Engineering qualification. ✅ Solid production planning experience (more than 10 years). **✅ Advanced SAP PP expertise:** Planning and Production. **✅ Advanced SAP DP knowledge:** Demand Planning. ✅ Experience with planning optimization tools such as MRS (advanced level). ✅ Experience with SAP for manufacturing (ERP) and materials management in industrial environments, including prototyping (5\-10 years). ✅ Experience in industrial management and planning process management. ✅ High level of English proficiency. ✅ Team management experience. ✅ Availability to work in San Fernando de Henares under a hybrid model.
