HM Hospitals is seeking a Talent Management and Development Technician to lead our talent development and retention programs, driving the professional growth of our teams. **Responsibilities** * Manage training requests from various departments. * Organize and monitor training activities operationally. * Administer the subsidy process for training programs. * Maintain contact with training providers. * Communicate training activities to the Labor Relations and People Department (RLPT) and employees. * Prepare training reports and metrics. * Operate the training needs identification process. * Plan training requirements. * Manage individual training leave permissions. **What we offer** * Join a stable and expanding healthcare project. * Contract type: Permanent * Hybrid work model * Meal benefit at the office. * Reduced working hours on Fridays. * Location: San Bernardo Metro Station, Madrid.
