MAIN TASKS: Collaborate with the kitchen team in processes including receipt of raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, handling, cleaning, and disinfection. Carry out scheduled tasks related to dish preparation and presentation. Perform periodic cleanings as established in the cleaning plan. Handle food in compliance with current regulations. Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment, reporting any issues immediately. Assist in menu and menu card execution; monitor and ensure proper storage and optimal utilization of provided products. ### **Requirements** Previous experience as a cook. Proactivity and dynamism.
