




Job Summary: We are seeking a Conversational Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, implementation, and optimization of advanced Conversational AI and Generative AI solutions for global clients. At Deloitte, we are looking for a Conversational Solutions Architect with experience designing and implementing architectures based on Conversational AI and Generative AI, for our Barcelona or Madrid office. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and optimization of advanced conversational solutions for our global clients. **Key Responsibilities:** Design, develop, and implement conversational solutions on platforms such as Cognigy.AI, Kore.AI, or Amelia. Design, develop, and implement conversational solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Design and implement technical reporting solutions using Power BI. Optimize implemented solutions by applying best practices, ensuring performance and processing improvements. Collaborate with development, design, and business teams to understand client requirements and specifications. Research and evaluate new tools and technologies in the conversational assistant domain for integration into solutions. Collaborate with external vendors to implement and validate proposed solutions. Coordinate and supervise development teams during solution implementation, ensuring all members adhere to best practices and technical standards. **Required Qualifications:** 5+ years of experience with conversational solutions on platforms such as Cognigy.AI, Kore.AI, Amelia, etc. Experience developing conversational solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Experience designing software applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Experience integrating with various services such as APIs, CRM, and Contact Center systems. Experience developing software using programming languages such as JavaScript, Node.js, Python, or Java. Experience in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, BigQuery, QuickSight, Athena, Databricks, etc. **Preferred Qualifications:** AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certifications. Cognigy Certified Specialist certification. Experience in data modeling and data architecture (databases, storage, processing, etc.). Knowledge of telephony or Contact Center communication development using Twilio, Genesys, Avaya, Content Guru, etc. Knowledge of Machine Learning or GenAI (LLMs). What Is It Like to Work at Deloitte?
