We seek professionals with 3–5 years of experience interested in taking an active role in projects combining technology, AI, and FinOps to drive cloud spending efficiency and transparency—collaborating with organizations across diverse sectors. As part of the team, you will contribute to the design and implementation of FinOps practices and frameworks, perform cost and usage analysis, and support the definition of policies and roadmaps to optimize cloud investment. You will play a key role in cost governance, automated reporting, leveraging AI for various FinOps activities, and coordinating between technical and finance teams—working with clients and experts to maximize cloud value, reduce waste, and foster financial sustainability within a context of continuous learning and professional growth. As a member of the Cloud Strategy FinOps team, you will be responsible for: Managing cloud cost visibility and allocation (showback/chargeback models), delivering tailored insights to different stakeholders Analyzing root causes of cloud overspending (e.g., over-provisioning, underutilized resources, configuration errors, or inefficient usage) Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and track execution of cloud cost optimization strategies—considering waste management levers, consumption management, and procurement strategy—and accounting for the “success fee” model in achieving savings. Collaborating on defining AI agents that, alongside our current tools, help manage and optimize cloud costs Optimizing costs associated with AI technologies—including OpenAI-, Claude-, or Copilot-type models as well as models developed by our clients Optimizing and managing costs of Data Platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or MS Fabric Developing cloud cost forecasting reports based on existing cloud workloads and anticipated future workloads Collaborating on cloud cost estimation for new deployments and environments Defining and driving implementation of FinOps policies and best practices for ongoing cost management Providing tagging recommendations to ensure accurate cloud cost visualization prior to showback and chargeback Tracking cost optimization initiatives and quantifying avoided costs Evaluating workload cost-effectiveness to ensure efficient resource utilization We seek professionals with the following skills and knowledge: FinOps Practitioner certification FinOps for AI certification Deep knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their cost structures Provider-agnostic cloud environment cost management Familiarity with specialized cloud cost management tools (e.g., CloudHealth, Cloudability, Flexera) Analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and ability to collaborate effectively in teams Basic scripting and automation knowledge (e.g., Python, PowerShell, etc.) to support FinOps processes If you’re seeking a new professional challenge in cloud strategy and want to make a real impact on clients and projects, we’d love to meet you.
