Our mission is to support our clients in improving the energy efficiency of their living spaces, helping them reduce their environmental footprint. Mission: The telemarketer’s role is to contact potential customers, verify their eligibility for the energy renovation services offered, and collect their contact details before forwarding the file to the appointment confirmator for scheduling completion. This position is essential to ensure smooth information flow and optimal prospect follow-up. Responsibilities Initial Contact: \- Contact potential customers. \- Briefly present the services offered by ENERGESTIA SL and answer customers’ initial questions. Eligibility Verification: \- Verify prospects’ eligibility according to defined criteria (e.g., housing type, location, etc.). \- Rapidly assess customers’ needs and their potential to engage in the energy renovation process. Information Collection: \- Gather necessary information to build a complete file: name, contact details, address, etc. \- Ensure the quality of collected data and its clear transmission to the confirmator. File Transfer: \- Forward complete and validated files to the confirmator for appointment scheduling completion. \- Maintain internal follow-up to ensure files are properly managed. Customer Relationship Management: \- Provide basic information about the installation process and answer general questions. \- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude to deliver a positive customer experience from the first contact. Required Skills \- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone. \- Organization: Ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously and rigorously track information. \- Active Listening: Ability to quickly understand customers’ needs and adapt communication accordingly. \- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with confirmators and other internal teams to ensure optimal prospect follow-up.
