This is a full-time position with an indefinite contract starting from day one. Daily responsibilities include preparing and presenting dishes according to the restaurant's standards, as well as maintaining necessary order and cleanliness at the workstation. Close coordination with other team members is essential, along with strict adherence to food hygiene and safety regulations. A minimum of three years of professional cooking experience is required; prior experience in Japanese gastronomy is especially valued.
