Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced chef to join a Japanese restaurant team, preparing and presenting dishes, maintaining kitchen order, and collaborating with colleagues. Preparation and presentation of dishes according to the restaurant's standards A newly opened Japanese restaurant in the Cuzco area of Madrid is looking to hire someone with prior cooking experience to join its team. This is a full-time position with an indefinite contract starting from day one. Daily responsibilities include preparing and presenting dishes according to the restaurant's standards, as well as maintaining necessary order and cleanliness at the workstation. Close coordination with other team members is essential, along with strict adherence to food hygiene and safety regulations. A minimum of three years of professional cooking experience is required; prior experience in Japanese gastronomy is especially valued. We seek a responsible, detail-oriented, and collaborative individual, with all documentation legally valid for employment in Spain.
