Management of incidents and functional queries Winning Consulting is looking for a **Functional Analyst** to join a high-impact project with a client in the banking (wholesale) sector. Madrid. Hybrid. Responsibilities * Analyze and structure payment-related information received from various sources (e.g., financial messaging such as **SWIFT** and internal payment platforms). * Prepare and document **User Stories / DDRs** in coordination with the **Product Owner**, ensuring sufficient detail for development. * Classify payment information and **document associated metadata** (definitions, rules, criteria, traceability). * Manage incidents and functional queries during implementation or testing phases: analysis, prioritization, tracking, and closure. * Prepare and maintain key project documentation. Requirements * \+5 years of experience as a **Business Analyst / Functional Analyst \- banking sector** * Knowledge of the payments ecosystem and/or **SWIFT** messaging * Proficiency with agile tools and documentation: **Jira / Confluence** * Advanced Excel skills; basic SQL is a plus * Fluent English and Spanish * Experience writing requirements: **user stories**, acceptance criteria, decisions (DDR), and functional documentation * Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams * Highly organized profile, with strong focus on **data quality** and documentation consistency **About Winning Consulting** At Winning Consulting, we drive our clients’ transformation through consulting, training, recruitment, and research.
